Manufacturing

We use CNC technology to produce accurate, detailed engravings with either a router spindle or laser.

Designs are created using computer software, which provides our clients the opportunity to view a computer generated preview of their design prior to being manufactured.

What are the benefits for the use of these technologies?

  • Accuracy of Computer Numeric Control (CNC)
  • Fine details can be produced by lasers including the reproduction of photos
  • Router deep engravings can be custom coloured
  • Repeatability for producing a quantity of identical items
  • Preview of designs can be produced for client approval prior to manufacture
